Why does the scroll of empowerment cost more than the scroll of the delving? Because of the massive nerf to legacy tiers, many scrolls of empowerment are required to bring each item to its max. The scroll doesn't even set the legacy to 6, so you are using multiple scrolls for each legacy. Only one scroll of the delving is needed to max the levels of a 65, so why is it cheaper?Either cut the cost of the scroll of empowerment to 1/3 its current cost, or have it set the legacy to tier 6.
